About our Nursery
Busy Bees Ashford Trinity Road, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 86 children and a passionate team dedicated to providing the best start in life through diverse activities and experiences. We maintain strong links with professionals to support children and families. Located on a main road with bus routes and free parking, the nursery is easily accessible for families and staff.

Role Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Take on the role of Key Person, building partnerships with children and their families.
* Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
Required Qualifications:What We’re Looking For:
* Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
* Experience working with children under 5.
* Empathy and understanding – every child is unique.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
