We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Civil Infrastructure, in Leeds ,to lead the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects from inception through to completion. This is a senior, client-facing role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness and technical oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
You will play a key role in managing multidisciplinary teams, maintaining excellent client relationships and supporting the continued growth of SCP.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
* Lead and manage projects through all stages of the project lifecycle
* Define, agree and manage project programmes, milestones and deliverables
* Coordinate design teams, manage package handovers and approvals
* Proactively manage project risks, scope changes and delivery challenges
* Maintain project risk registers and implement mitigation strategies
Client & Stakeholder Management
* Act as a primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
* Build and maintain strong, proactive client relationships
* Communicate progress, risks and expectations clearly and effectively
* Prepare and present progress reports, proposals and project documentation
Financial & Commercial Management
* Manage project budgets, financial performance and forecasting
* Prepare fee proposals and contribute to larger bids and tenders
* Oversee WIP, invoicing, debtor management and financial reporting
* Manage appointments, sub-consultants and purchase orders
* Support contractual matters and liaise with legal teams where required
Programme, Planning & Resource Management
* Develop detailed project plans and communication strategies
* Estimate resource requirements and manage team capacity
* Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project objectives
* Lead weekly workload planning and prioritisation

* Proven experience delivering transport or infrastructure projects within a consultancy environment
* Strong project management, leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and fee proposals
* Confident communicator, comfortable working with clients and multidisciplinary teams
