This part-time role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-profile visitor environment while contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.Main Responsibilities:Managing cash and processing daily takings accuratelyCompleting financial and operational reportsGeneral HR administration supportSupporting the Kitchen team with administrative tasksMaintaining filing systems, managing documentation, and handling enquiriesAssisting with payroll and other finance-related processes as requiredSupporting ad-hoc projects and contributing to process improvementsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Experience of working in a high-volume, busy environmentAt least 2 years' administration experienceStrong cash-handling experienceProven ability to manage and streamline processesExcellent communication skills and a professional telephone mannerHigh attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrityA proactive, positive approach and a collaborative team spiritDesirable:NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a relevant areaAbout us:Restaurant Associates is a leading premium hospitality provider with an ethos drawn from our history of fine and high-quality dining in London and New York.Within our venues team, we provide catering and hospitality services to some of the most iconic visitor attractions and destinations in the UK including the Imperial War Museum London, Glyndebourne Opera House, Knebworth House, Design Museum, Whipsnade Zoo and many more.
