About the Role
pobl. is a talent consultancy specialising in medical communications, healthcare consulting and market access. We are hiring for a Strategy Consulting Manager to join a scaling, disruptive pharma consulting firm. This senior-level role involves leading strategy and design within a life sciences consultancy. You will manage projects from end-to-end, support practice growth, and develop client relationships. The work covers several areas, including digital transformation, commercial strategy, and medical affairs, focusing on solving complex challenges within the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
* Lead strategic consulting projects from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring projects meet client requirements and deadlines.
* Support business growth by developing proposals, identifying client needs, and participating in the pitching process for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
* Manage and mentor a global team of consultants while contributing to the agency's thought leadership and industry presence.
Qualifications and Experience
* Substantial experience in strategy or management consulting, with a focus on the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.
* Commercial experience in proposal development, project scoping, and collaborating with business development teams to secure new engagements.
* Subject matter expertise in healthcare practice areas such as digital transformation, patient engagement, or medical affairs.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role is in the region of £70‑90k, plus bonuses and a superb benefits pack.
