and main responsibilities
·Act as the first point of contact for all home at hospital virtual ward team and managers to provide support in relation to any Administrative/HR/Erostering queries.
·Typing of correspondence/reports including work of a confidential/sensitive nature and distributing as necessary.
·Arranging meetings including room bookings, providing meeting requests and taking minutes for key departmental meetings and to attend and contribute to weekly hospital at home virtual ward meetings. Provide diary support to the Senior hospital at home virtual ward team team
·Photocopying, filing and scanning.
·Archiving of electronic files annually and support the development and maintenance of office systems to ensure the efficient collation, storage and retrieval of information.
·Take and forward messages which may include calls of a sensitive, confidential and urgent nature.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. NVQ Level 3
Experience
Essential criteria
2. Previous recent experience of working in a busy clerical/administrative role
3. Experience of organising and servicing meetings including the taking of, and writing up of, formal minutes
4. Extensive use of IT packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook and Access)
5. Evidence of working in a team environment
Desirable criteria
6. Previous work experience within the NHS in an operational environment
Technical Skills/Competencies

7. Excellent organisation and planning skills
8. Ability to work within tight deadlines and proven skills in personal time management
