Our team in Wrexham are looking for a Pharmaceutical Process Technician to support the transition of a new asset from clinical to commercial production. This is a hands-on role in a Grade D cleanroom environment, where precision, safety, and collaboration are key. You’ll play a vital role in executing upstream and downstream manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and EHS standards. You’ll be part of a dynamic team driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment for cell culture, chromatography, filtration, and vial filling. Ensure safety and compliance by following SOPs, handling hazardous materials, and maintaining inspection readiness. Collaborate across departments to meet production schedules and resolve issues. Support validation, qualification, and documentation activities in real time. Participate in Lean initiatives and process improvement projects. Knowledge, skills & experience: Degree in a relevant scientific subject experience in a similar role Ability to take initiative, pitch in, be proactive and be part of a team Ability to adapt to changing priorities, including out-of-hours work to support manufacturing continuity and supply for our patients You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team in a fully on-site role, contributing to the future of commercial pharmaceutical production.
