My client is a hugely successful Group who are continuing to grow. Due to their ongoing expansion they have an opportunity for a Finance and Administration Co-ordinator to join their team based in Knutsford. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of one of their top performing divisions by providing comprehensive support to the Finance Business Partner and administrative support to Senior Management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism in all interactions.
Responsibilities :
Finance Activities 80% of the role
Timesheets:
Checking the submissions to weekly tracker
Confirming whether work completed is priced and subsequently checking time submissions against this for accuracy
Chasing job numbers when required
Breakdown of rates relating to work completed.
Add information onto the businesses cost control system
Collate submissions and summarise for Payroll to process
