We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join an industry-leading, award-winning Health & Safety, HR & Employment Law service provider, with over 80 years of market leadership.
Role Highlights

* Strong experience in self-motivated lead generation and consultative 'value-based' selling.
* Guaranteed minimum salary of £60,000 with a realistic OTE of £155,000; top performers earning over £200,000.
* Company car or £5,000 allowance, plus quarterly bonuses, company holidays, and more.
Responsibilities
* Attend face-to-face appointments booked by telemarketing partners, with a focus on closing deals.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
* Achieve quarterly sales targets in a high-energy, target-driven environment.
* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Candidate Requirements
* At least 2 years' successful B2B sales experience (industry-specific experience not required).
* Confident in consultative, value-based selling approaches.
* Adaptable with excellent rapport-building skills with diverse prospects.
* Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; field-based experience is essential.
