Areti Group is seeking two highly skilled Cybersecurity & Cloud Security Specialists / Cyber Security Architects to join our growing security function. These roles are ideal for professionals passionate about building resilient security frameworks across information security, cloud security, and modern threat detection technologies to protect enterprise and cloud-native environments.
You will be reporting directly to a forward-thinking, up-to-date CTO, ensuring security is at the heart of Areti Groups technology strategy.
With offices based in Bristol and Hampshire, surrounded by trees and green spaces, youll benefit from a hybrid working model, full expenses covered, and interviews available ASAP.
Security Architecture Design: Build and maintain robust security frameworks for enterprise and cloud infrastructures, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with business goals.
Cloud Security Enablement: Implement security tooling for Azure and hybrid environments, embedding security into DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Advanced Security.
Compliance & Third-Party Security: Ensure adherence to PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and perform rigorous third-party security risk assessments.
Secure Software Development (SDLC): Embed secure coding practices into development lifecycles, enabling DevSecOps and automation-first security strategies.
Partner with engineering, product, and compliance teams to align security best practices with business goals.
Proactive Threat Management: Monitor, detect, and respond to security threats using modern security toolkits and cloud-native security platforms.
Proven experience as a Cyber Security Architect or senior security engineering role, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries.
Strong expertise in SIEM implementation, threat detection, and incident response across cloud and enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native security platforms such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Security, or AWS Security.
Proficiency with security tools like Snyk, Datadog, CrowdStrike, or similar.
Familiarity with secure coding practices and CI/CD pipeline security.
Certifications such as CEH, SSCP, or Elastic Security for SIEM are highly desirable.
