SENIOR COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
£46,575 DOE | Hybrid Working | Greater Manchester | Permanent | 35hrs
We are recruiting for a Senior Compliance Specialist to join a growing Risk & Compliance function within a well-established business operating in a regulated commercial environment.
This role will focus on ensuring company products, processes, and customer solutions remain compliant with FCA, consumer credit, GDPR, and wider regulatory requirements. You will provide technical compliance support across the business, support legal documentation and policy management, and help develop compliant customer solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in compliance, risk, governance, or regulatory environments who enjoys balancing technical knowledge with commercial awareness.
What you'll do
1. Provide technical compliance support across the business, customers, and third parties
2. Ensure compliance with FCA, Consumer Credit Act, GDPR, and related regulatory requirements
3. Draft, review, and maintain policies, procedures, controls, and legal documentation
