About The Role

Our Adult Supported Living Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Bramley House in Boston, Lincolnshire. We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.

About The Candidate


What experience and qualifications do you need

* A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others
* A strong team player
* Resilient and confidence to ask for support as needed
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Computer literacy
* A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards it
