Wealth Management Administrator Belfast | Hybrid Working | £28,000 £32,000 Artemis Human Capital is currently working with a well-established and growing wealth management firm in East Belfast who are keen to appoint a Wealth Management Administrator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within a financial planning or IFA environment who is looking to further develop their career in wealth management. The successful candidate will join a highly supportive team and will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the firms client administration processes. The role has been created as part of the firms continued growth and will also involve supporting the team as they introduce a newly developed internal platform across the business. Key Responsibilities As a Wealth Management Administrator, you will support the Financial Planners and Paraplanners by providing high-quality administrative support across the full client life cycle. Your duties will include: Processing new business applications and ensuring cases are submitted and progressed efficiently Liaising with product providers and investment platforms to obtain policy information and updates Supporting the on-boarding of new clients and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately Assisting with the transfer and consolidation of client assets onto the firms new internal platform Maintaining and updating client records across internal systems Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider financial planning team About You To be considered for this opportunity, you should have previous experience working in an IFA or financial services environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced administrative role. The ideal candidate will have: 12 years experience within an IFA, wealth management firm, or similar financial services environment Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence when dealing with clients and external providers An interest in developing a long-term career within financial planning A willingness to study towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (study support available) Salary & Benefits Our client offers a highly competitive package and a positive working environment where employees are encouraged to grow and progress their careers.
