Role and Responsibilities:
* Role modelling and coaching for high standards and efficiency across the whole food hall.
* Managing compliance to processes while bringing passion and flair for great shopkeeping and customer service.
* Ensuring every customer receives the food they want to help us be the first choice for food.
* People management, including performance management, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay.
* Assuming overall responsibility for store operations at times, providing direction and support to colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
What makes a great food manager:
* Previous line management experience in a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Ability to provide excellent customer service and coach a team to do the same.
* Proven ability to deliver KPIs and performance indicators.
* Experience managing disciplinary, performance, or employee relations issues.
* Comfortable leading store operations independently in the absence of senior management.
