Actively contribute to local community initiatives and branch events, building strong relationships with members and stakeholders. Support other branches as needed, ensuring consistency in service and operations. Use initiative to identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the member experience. What we're looking for: Minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Confident working independently and making informed decisions based on experience and knowledge. A positive, proactive approach and a genuine interest in serving your community. Basic digital literacy and ability to navigate online systems efficiently.
