We're growing and are now looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team as a Client Delivery Consultant .
The Role
This is a hands-on delivery and relationship role - perfect for someone who enjoys managing client relationships while still being active in the recruitment process.
You'll:
Manage and develop relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact for all recruitment activity.
Deliver both contract and permanent recruitment solutions across IT, Tech, Data and Digital roles.
Source, engage and qualify candidates using a mix of tools, platforms and your own network.
Deeply understand client needs, offering insight and advice to help them attract the best talent.
Work closely with our wider team to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
Stay plugged into the tech and data scene - from online communities to industry events.
What We're Looking For
Proven recruitment experience within IT, Tech, Data or Digital markets.
Strong relationship management skills with both clients and candidates.
A genuine passion for connecting people and delivering great service.
Experience using ATS and sourcing tools - including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards (eg Totaljobs, CV Library).
Excellent communication, organisation and collaboration skills.
A self-driven attitude and curiosity about new technologies and recruitment trends.
