Overview
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented coordinator to join our team to cover maternity leave, with potential for future opportunities with us depending on current business needs.
This is a varied and integral role supporting our HSEQ systems, compliance processes, tender submissions, and HR administration. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining company standards, supporting audits, and ensuring our policies, procedures, and employee records are accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
Business Systems & Document Control (HSEQ)
* Assist with the development, review, and control of company policies, procedures, and management system documentation
* Maintain document control processes, ensuring version control and compliance
* Produce and update process flow diagrams and organisational charts using Microsoft Visio
* Support continuous improvement of business systems and internal processes
Compliance & Accreditation
* Support internal audits and compliance reviews
* Assist with maintaining safety accreditations and industry certifications
* Provide documentation support for new project tender submissions
HR & Administration Support
* Assist managers with new starters, employee changes, and onboarding documentation
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
* Produce monthly HR reports for management
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (construction experience desirable)
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Professional, discreet, and able to manage confidential information
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and adapt across different areas of the business
