You will manage communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, leading on framework schemes.
The role encompasses taking schemes from tender and bid stages through contract award to construction. You will oversee the management and implementation of design on-site with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors, handling RFIs, change processes, CDM regulations, and project handover and commissioning.

You should demonstrate excellent work practices, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to identify opportunities and issues.
