As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service, including:
* Providing day-to-day support and routine assistance.
* Promoting independence and helping individuals live fulfilling lives.
* Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
* Maintaining and assisting with healthcare needs, including accompanying individuals to appointments and administering medication.
* Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping.
* Assisting with personal care as required.
* Helping with domestic tasks like cleaning and cooking.
* Offering guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
