A private investment management company based in Mayfair is looking for a Junior Office Manager to join their team. This role is fully office-based with hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications: Candidates should hold a degree with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Oxbridge university, have 3 A levels with grade A, and a grade 7 or higher in maths GCSE.
As Junior Office Manager, your duties will include:
* Managing the office environment and ensuring it is well maintained
* Dealing with office suppliers
* Arranging travel for the team
* Managing reception and being the first point of contact for clients and visitors
* Handling incoming mail, booking, and preparing meeting rooms
* Assisting Directors with personal admin tasks
* Providing holiday cover for the Executive Assistant
* Planning team events
* Ordering office supplies and arranging daily healthy lunches
Applicants should be proficient in MS Office, attentive to detail, team players, and possess excellent communication skills. They should also be willing to complete a personality test, online maths test, and a trial day at the office.
