Role Overview
* Takeoverall clinical responsibilityfor a defined CAMHS caseload.
* Lead onspecialist psychological assessment, formulation, and evidence-based interventionsfor children and adolescents with complex mental health presentations.
* Provideexpert consultation, guidance, and leadershipto the multidisciplinary team, supporting safe, effective, and person-centred care.
* Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
* GMC registrationwith inclusion on theSpecialist Register.
* CAMHS CCTor equivalentCESRin Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
* Approved Clinicianstatus.
* Experience working withinCAMHS inpatient and/or community settings.
* Strongleadership, communication, and MDT working skills.
