Job Title: Religious Education Teacher Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes Start Date: September 2025 Contract Type: Full-time – Temp to Perm Salary: £29,344– £44,919 (depending on experience) About the Role: A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Bletchley is seeking a passionate and reflective Religious Education Teacher to join its Humanities department from September. The role offers the opportunity to explore world religions, ethics, and moral philosophy with students across KS3 and KS4. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality RE lessons in line with the national curriculum Encourage critical thinking, tolerance, and respect for different beliefs Contribute to the school’s wider personal development and SMSC provision Use a range of teaching methods to engage and challenge learners Track pupil progress and provide clear, actionable feedback Requirements: QTS and a background in RE, Theology, or Humanities Strong classroom management and inclusive teaching practice Ability to promote reflection and open dialogue in a respectful environment Enthusiasm for cultural understanding and spiritual development Why Join Us?
