Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Digital Support Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in an office and gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification.
Responsibilities:
* Keep client data accurate and secure in CRM and practice management platforms like Xero, BrightManager, Karbon, or AccountancyManager.
* Act as the go-to person for internal tech systems, supporting teammates with CRM, document management, and workflow software.
* Manage client enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring a friendly and professional response every time.
* Collaborate with accounts, tax, and payroll teams to maintain smooth data flow and efficient cross-department processes.
* Create and format documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, maintaining consistent digital standards.
* Scan, upload, and archive records using digital document management systems, ensuring files are organised and traceable.
* Help improve internal digital workflows and automation processes, suggesting new tools or methods to boost efficiency.

Salary:
£15,000 per annum.
Working hours:
35 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 1pm.
