Business Development Manager - Creative Agency Location: Leeds
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join a well-established design and packaging agency in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company with a strong culture, excellent client relationships, and a passion for creativity.
This isn’t a traditional sales role. Instead, we need someone who can drive strategic growth - working closely with the board and key agency members to identify opportunities, shape pitches, and develop compelling propositions that win new business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Developing and leading the agency’s growth strategy – identifying market opportunities and shaping innovative business plans.
Building relationships with key industry players, attending events, and staying ahead of market trends.
Creating and delivering impactful pitches and proposals that showcase the agency’s strengths.
Spotting opportunities for innovation, both within the sector and for individual brands.
