Responsibilities

* Strong desire to make a positive impact
* Experience with behaviour management techniques (preferred)
Qualifications
* To be successful in this role, you'll need a genuine passion for supporting young people and a commitment to helping them reach their full potential.
* GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Experience working with young people, particularly those with additional needs or challenging behaviors (beneficial)
* Understanding of safeguarding procedures in an educational setting
* Digital literacy skills
* Full driving license and access to transport (for some roles)
Education
* GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualification)
