We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support our teaching team. This role involves working closely with students to support their learning, wellbeing, and overall development within the classroom. Key Duties Provide support to students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups Assist teachers with planning activities and preparing classroom resources Promote a positive and engaging learning environment Support students with additional learning needs Observe and report on student progress to the teaching staff Candidate Requirements A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach Good communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable A strong commitment to safeguarding and student welfare Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) are an advantage All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
