St Margaret’s operates its own salary scale and the successful candidate will be remunerated at the appropriate point. Subject to satisfying eligibility criteria, the successful applicant will be automatically enrolled into the STPS with the right to opt out; the candidate will have the alternative option of joining the school's DC arrangement.
