Responsibilities
* Weekly one‑to‑one catch‑up with Bridal Manager to review the week’s challenges.
* Processing bridal orders from the store: always acknowledge receipt to store consultant.
* Coordinating bridal styles with factories in London.
* Ordering all fabrics, trimmings, and materials in‑house, checking internal stock first.
* Source suitable trims for construction and finishings for bridal gowns and accessories in line with margins and critical path.
* Creating order forms for each processed order to add to the visual ‘wall’ overview.
* Manage the bridal fabric stock list – updating any changes to the LIVE spreadsheet.
* Helping with fabric stock movement (Atelier – Storage – Sell).
* Staying on top of trim cupboard organisation, keeping tidy, updating storage area.
Technical
* Maintain accurate techpacks, understand, oversee & assemble these tech packs for all bridal clients’ orders.
* Source & order all necessary components for private clients (trims, binding, fusing, etc.).
* Provide pattern makers and pattern cutters with a clear technical directive for each project.
* Pull patterns when required to support bridal pattern maker.
* Understand the different types of fusing and how they work with different fabrics & garments.
* Support quality control of garments from our external manufacturers.
* ZEDONK – enter ALL orders into ZEDONK for all clients/fabric, so accounts can view each client and see the margin achieved from final completion to the original approved quote.
* Oversee fabric testing, sewing tests and mock‑ups for bridal, regarding finishes and fusings.
* Visiting factories to ensure EW quality and performance standards are met.
* Work with our in‑house bridal machinist team.
* Manage the production of all outsourced bridal samples, liaising with the factories, preparing sample packs and ensuring the samples are delivered on time and on target.
* Reporting in & Supporting Bridal Manager & Head of Atelier as required with Fashion Weeks & special projects; keep records of all invoices and input information into ZEDONK per bridal client.
* Regularly liaise with finance department to maintain full transparency with studio orders.
Qualifications
* 5 + years’ experience in women’s luxury fashion.
* Product Development experience in Bridal, though not limited to Bridal.
* ZEDONK knowledge essential.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Multi‑tasker able to work at speed with accuracy and within deadlines.
* Team player who shows initiative, is super‑organised, and consistently meets deadlines.
* Fantastic communicator – confident and comfortable communicating with people at all levels internally and externally.
* Self‑starter, able to delegate where appropriate.
* Ability to work cross‑functionally, building strong relationships with other departments.
* A team player with great interpersonal skills, willing to help others within your team and external departments if required.
We would like you to be flexible at peak times to manage workload and to support the Atelier Director on collections, capsule collections overflow at company peak times if necessary, and any further business demands that may arise.
