The role focuses on developing requirements to support delivery objectives in alignment with the Requirements Management (RM) methodology, contributing to safety and efficiency in air navigation services. Key Responsibilities: Develop RM plans tailored to stakeholder needs, ensuring a clear and consistent approach. Support the adoption of RM methodologies across the organisation to ensure effective application. Work in teams to create solution-level requirements aligned with business needs, ensuring outputs meet agreed standards. Continuously improve processes through training development and feedback collection. Independently manage work packages in projects to achieve desired outcomes. Job Requirements: Experience in requirements analysis and management for large or complex organisations. Understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis and architecture. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively. Collaborative and outcome-focused working style, able to work independently and within multi-functional teams. Numerate background, ideally with a degree in Engineering, Science, Maths or equivalent experience (e.g., IIBA Diploma). Experience with Requirements Management tools, such as DOORS, is desirable. Knowledge of the air traffic domain or similar related domains and technologies is beneficial
