Overview
As the Implementation Project Manager for Martha's Rule, you will play a pivotal role within the Chief Nursing Officer's directorate. Your primary responsibility is to oversee the successful implementation of Martha's Rule across the Trust.
Responsibilities
* Manage and lead the planning, implementation and communication of Martha's Rule across the Trust.
* Represent the Chief Nursing and Chief Medical Officer's corporate teams to internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
* Provide diary support and ensure key stakeholders are engaged and apprised of project progress.
* Handle correspondence and enquiries for the project in conjunction with the Communications team and Project board.
* Prepare agendas and deliver presentations for committees and boards.
* Deliver training to colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Ensure internal and external communications are effective and timely.
* Set up and support telephone/videoconferencing facilities and support the rollout of Martha's Rule using new technology.
* Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless project execution.
* Prepare reports as directed by the Project Board and the Deputy Chief Medical Officer.
* Manage the operational delivery of education and training, including room bookings and resources.
* Support the development of intranet, internet and SharePoint sites.
* Embed Quality Improvement into the project and demonstrate tangible benefits.
* Work towards building the project into business as usual within the Trust.
Qualifications
* Qualified Registered Nurse.
* Degree level education.
* RN experience working in an Acute Hospital setting.
* Evidence of continued professional development.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience of Critical Care Nursing.
* Project management experience in a complex organization.
* Management of confidential information.
* Experience of working with multiple stakeholders.
* Previous experience in the NHS and appropriate UK professional registration.
