Job Duties:
* Providing high-quality care and education to children in the nursery
* Planning and implementing activities to meet the individual needs of children
* Monitoring and recording children's development and progress
* Working in partnership with parents and carers
* Maintaining a safe and stimulating environment for children
Required Qualifications:
* Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (Early Years Educator) or equivalent
* Valid Paediatric First Aid qualification
* Enhanced DBS check
Education:
Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (Early Years Educator) or equivalent
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience working in a nursery setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* SEN training
* Experience working with children with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
* Work in a nursery setting
* May involve lifting and carrying children
* Exposure to various childhood illnesses
* Working closely with parents and carers
