We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Project Manager to join a people-focused organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to lead high-impact integration and systems projects in an Agile, fast moving environment with minimal red tape.
You'll be driving key initiatives from conception through to delivery, often picking up projects mid-stream and taking ownership to see them through to completion. The role involves establishing a new Project Management Office (PMO), creating governance structures, and guiding stakeholders from tech teams to operations through change.
The Role:
1. Lead the delivery of multiple integration projects, including the implementation of new SaaS systems and processes across the business.
2. Collaborate closely with the Executive Team to scope, plan, and execute projects in line with business objectives.
3. Establish and embed governance frameworks within a newly formed PMO.
4. Pull together senior stakeholders to align priorities, resolve blockers, and drive delivery.
