We’re looking for a Product Specialist to join a market-leading business, providing technical product support and advice across a specialist construction parts range.The Role
* Respond to technical customer enquiries
* Prepare quotations and recommend suitable parts
* Support customers with online ordering/webshop use
* Monitor market trends and competitor pricing
* Analyse sales data and product performance
* Work with internal teams to improve product offering
About YouYou’ll ideally have experience in:
* Construction equipment parts
* Plant machinery or agricultural machinery
* Equipment servicing, maintenance or repair
* Technical parts sales or product support
Skills needed:
* Strong technical knowledge of serviceable parts
* Good understanding of compact construction equipment
* Commercial awareness and pricing knowledge
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Good IT skills
