Job Title:
Support Engineer – Configuration Location: Filton. We offer a
range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please Salary: £38,000 + depending
on experience What you'll be
doing: Working as
part of US CMC (Common missile Compartment) datum pack/product
config team to deliver SWSS/US (Strategic Weapon System Support)
Specific requirements to support the ILS (Integrated Logistic
support) build outputs
Support the development
of design solutions to agreed time, cost and quality in accordance
with project or business milestones by establishing and maintaining
the appropriate configuration Comply with the contractual requirements and undertake
work in accordance with company, safety, environmental, contractual
and local business processes, standards, procedures and
documentation Ensure the configuration
Support the flow of configuration
Support the
development of estimates for the scope of work and resources
required to deliver it in order to support bids, proposal
development and project planning activities for configuration
Work with the In-Service Design
Change engineering team and other members of the in-service support
organisation to improve Ability to Your skills and
experiences: A
relevant STEM qualification and/or equivalent experience
Knowledge and experience of the engineering
lifecycle.
Knowledge or at least recognition
of relevant engineering standards, including safety and
environmental regulations
