This isn't a tools‑in‑hand position — it's about leadership, planning, coaching and owning the performance of your team. You'll work closely with an experienced Electrical Lead and manage a capable group including mechanics, apprentices and a chargehand. Responsibilities
* Leading and developing a mechanical maintenance team
* Driving machine uptime, reliability and maintenance quality
* Owning all planning & scheduling activities
* Coaching, mentoring and building a high‑performance culture
* Elevating safety, hygiene and compliance across your area
* Spearheading continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
