Patient Support Team Member, King's Lynn
Vida Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a reliable, hardworking patient support team member to join our experienced team on a part or full-time basis. This role involves covering shifts anytime between 8am - 6:30pm, split into morning and afternoon sessions. The hours can be discussed at interview, so please apply.
Full training will be provided, and you will be assigned a main base; however, the position will involve multi-site working, and it is essential that the post-holder can cover all locations. Candidates need to have good communication skills, be well-spoken & approachable, enthusiastic, and capable of multitasking.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a professional and effective receptionist service to patients.
2. Provide telephone and face-to-face access for patients to book, cancel, and check appointments as per their requests, dealing with customers calmly and sympathetically, working under pressure to deliver high accuracy.
3. Support patients with problems or complaints.
4. Undertake basic prescription administration training, ensuring queries are answered in the absence of prescription team colleagues.
5. Engage in customer service processes and policies to provide high-quality internal and external service standards.
6. Participate in training as indicated by senior management for personal and professional development.
7. Perform other relevant duties, including projects, as agreed with the senior receptionist.
