Prime Life is seeking a talented and passionate individual to lead and manage our impressive Residential Care Home in the heart of Brigg, North Lincolnshire. This role requires registration with CQC.
This position is based at Southfield House, designed to cater to 14 residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, requiring dignified support from our caring team. Candidates must be patient, understanding, and respectful of residents' individual abilities.

Responsibilities of our Home Manager include:
* Leading, managing, and supporting your team to ensure high-quality care and service
* Regularly reviewing care plans, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents' care
* Managing all financial aspects of the home, including budgets
* Ensuring residents' dignity and independence are preserved and promoted
* Encouraging residents to achieve the highest quality of life suitable for them
* Supporting residents in participating in discussions about their daily living arrangements
What we’re looking for in our Home Manager:
Successful candidates will have a caring nature and a desire to make a difference. Prior experience in a similar role and a relevant Health and Social Care qualification at Level 5 are essential. Experience liaising with Local Authorities, CQC, and other external agencies is highly desirable.
