Join a leading international provider of corporate, trust, tax, accounting and fund administration services. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing team within a well-respected organisation known for its supportive culture and professional development opportunities.

The successful individual will take responsibility for a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring service excellence across all administrative activities. Acting as a key point of contact, the role requires a proactive, solutions-focused approach, as well as the confidence to liaise directly with clients, board members and third-party professionals.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
•Managing day-to-day administration and maintaining strong relationships across a portfolio of client entities.
•Acting as a key liaison with clients, board members and professional intermediaries.
•Preparing board packs, drafting agendas, resolutions and minutes, and attending board meetings.
•Assisting boards with good governance practices and overseeing transaction processing.
•Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and contributing to company-wide objectives.
•Providing line management and mentoring to junior team members (where applicable).
•Taking ownership as a signatory following successful probation.
•Supporting the delivery of effective and compliant outsourced administration services.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will demonstrate at least two years' experience in company or fund administration or company secretarial work. They will ideally hold or be working towards a relevant qualification such as CGI, though this is not essential. A strong command of written and verbal English, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, is required. This position would suit a confident, detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and client service skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
