Learning Support Assistant (Full Time/Temporary)
Lincoln, Lincolnshire
£90 - £110 per day salary is depending on experience and or qualifications
Vision for Education is seeking caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join a further education provider in Lincolnshire. These full-time, term-time only roles are to start from September 2025, supporting students with a wide range of learning difficulties and additional needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping young people succeed both academically and personally. The successful candidates will provide one-to-one support in the classroom and during break and lunch times.
Requirements
To be considered for the position of Learning Support Assistants, you will:
* Have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with young people
* Be calm, patient, and supportive
* Demonstrate a flexible and proactive approach to working in an educational setting
* Have experience working with young people or individuals with additional needs (desirable but not essential)
