Office Assistant
Salary: £14,742 per annum, plus company benefits
Location: Newport, Wales, NP10
Contract: Part Time, Permanent
Shifts: 22.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 4.5 hour shifts per day - 12:30-17:00 (We can offer some flexibility on occasions)

Williams Lea seeks an Office Assistant to join our team!

Key responsibilities
1. Deal with certain functions of Mail services - scanning, distributing around the office within SLA's.
2. Dealing with mail electronically and assigning to fee earners.
3. Dealing with all outgoing post, collecting from around the office, booking on systems.
4. Deal with day to day queries from the inbox and liaise with the client.
5. General maintenance of copies
6. Assist with other tasks within the Office Services team.
7. Ensuring that the post deadlines are kept to and SLA's met.
8. General maintenance of general office equipment
9. Assisting with moving and transportation of boxes around the office
10. Booking Couriers, Royal Mail Track and Track

14. Ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy and delivering against timescales
15. Team player, consistently in tune with the aims and objectives of the business

19. Able to meet deadlines and priorities tasks
20. An understanding of an employer’s statutory and 'best practice’ Health & Safety requirement
21. Strong administration skills and fully conversant with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
