Role Overview
As Technical Coordinator, you will manage the technical and design elements of residential schemes from planning through to completion. You’ll coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of technical information and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate external consultants (architects, engineers, etc.) to deliver technical drawings and packages on time.

Oversee the preparation and approval of working drawings, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and NHBC/LABC standards.

Support the planning process by helping to discharge technical-related conditions.
*
Conduct regular design reviews to ensure buildability, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
*
Liaise with construction and commercial teams to provide technical guidance throughout the build process.
*
Coordinate utility services, road and sewer adoptions, and other key technical infrastructure.
What We're Looking For

Experience in a similar role within a residential developer or housebuilder.
*
Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction detailing, and the development process.
*
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments.
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*
HNC/HND or degree in construction, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
