You’ll produce accurate cost estimates for a variety of projects, from iconic corporate headquarters to renowned establishments

What you’ll do
* Produce detailed and accurate cost estimates from architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements. Provide estimating expertise across all aspects of multi-trade fit-outs, including but not limited to drylining, plumbing, ceilings, M&E, decoration, and joinery.
* Estimate and price projects valued between £15–20 million, demonstrating a strong understanding of complex project scopes. Attend client-facing meetings and represent the business professionally, providing expert insight into cost planning.
* Collaborate closely with design, production, and project management teams to align estimates with project scope and timelines. Analyse labour, materials, and time requirements to ensure competitive pricing and accurate forecasting.
What you’ll need
* Proven experience in estimating within joinery, washroom, or multi-trade fit-out projects.
* Must have hands-on experience pricing full-scope projects valued at £15–20 million, not just component pricing or collecting figures from specialist teams.
* Strong ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings and specifications.

Pay: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
