Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee our operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and demonstrate exceptional analytical skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive performance, enhance customer relationships, and lead a team towards achieving ambitious targets. Proficiency in Salesforce and the ability to communicate in Spanish will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the region.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
* Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional strategies with overall company objectives.
* Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions.
* Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on progress against targets.
* Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is essential.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
* Proficient in Spanish is highly desirable but not mandatory.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
