What The Role Involves
* Design and deliver high‑quality Carpentry programmes, combining hands‑on practical training with clear, accessible theory
* Support learners at all stages of development, building confidence and essential skills
* Conduct tutorials and provide guidance to help students achieve their full potential
* Complete administrative tasks to ensure smooth course delivery
* Contribute to departmental development and the continuous improvement of programmes
What You’ll Bring
* Strong, up‑to‑date experience in the Construction sector
* In‑depth Carpentry knowledge with at least a Level 2 vocational qualification
* A commitment to supporting learners to achieve their best
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage
* A proactive, team‑focused approach with a willingness to contribute to departmental growth
Teaching experience or qualifications are desirable, but we welcome applications from professionals new to education and will support your development.
