A well-established Legal 500 law firm is looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing property team in Exeter . This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to step into a supportive and specialist environment where you will receive hands-on training, real responsibility, and exposure to a varied caseload from day one. The Opportunity You will join a highly regarded residential property team that advises on a broad range of transactions, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases New build transactions Remortgages Transfers of equity Lease extensions The team has a particular focus on self-build property work , including self-build purchases and remortgages. While prior experience in self-build or new-build matters would be beneficial, it is not essential ; comprehensive training will be provided. About You Applications are welcomed from newly qualified solicitors (or equivalent) who can demonstrate: Experience handling residential property matters during training or post-qualification A solid understanding of conveyancing procedures and property law Strong communication and client care skills Excellent attention to detail The ability to manage a caseload and work independently A proactive and ambitious approach to career development Why Apply?
