Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing team within the Autocentre.
* Drive business performance and ensure an excellent customer journey and satisfaction.
* Represent Halfords in delivering high standards of service and operations.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and other regulatory requirements.
* Manage KPI targets and monitor sales turnover.

Skills and experience
* Fantastic leadership and team management in automotive or similar industries
* Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management
* Coaching-based approach to team development with in-the-moment training
* Experience meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
* Experience with high sales turnover and managing KPIs
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* IT proficient with the willingness to learn in-house systems
* Good time management
* Current valid driving licence
