Description:
We are looking for an Administrator to join this professional organisation in the Harpenden area. You will report to the Head PA and your daily duties will be to support her in the daily functions. This is a very varied role so you will need to be very flexible to meet the demands of this busy organisation.
Day to day duties will include utilising both your Microsoft Excel and Word skills to create letters, send emails and enter data. In addition you will work on their internal CRM system. You will have some office experience and be comfortable answering calls in a professional manner and directing them accordingly. This is a new position so a great opportunity to make the role your own and become indispensable!
Hours are office based, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with free parking on site.
In return the company offer a salary of up to £27000 plus 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays ad a number of social events throughout the year.
