Job Title: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our ServiceNow practice by taking the lead in the design, development, and launch of a new suite of service offerings.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in ServiceNow, exceptional pre-sales skills, and a proven track record of architecting innovative solutions. You will be responsible for translating complex customer requirements into compelling service offerings that drive business value and establish our position as a leader in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Offering Development:
* Lead the end-to-end design and development of new, market-leading ServiceNow service offerings, from ideation to launch.
* Define the scope, features, and value proposition of new service offerings, ensuring they are aligned with our business strategy and technical capabilities.
* Create and maintain a roadmap for our ServiceNow service offerings, prioritizing development efforts based on market demand and business impact.
* Develop and document all necessary collateral for new service offerings, including service descriptions, statements of work (SOWs), and pre-sales materials.
Pre-Sales & Solution Architecture:
* Partner with the sales team to drive pre-sales activities, acting as the primary technical advisor for our ServiceNow solutions.
* Lead technical discovery workshops with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and requirements.
* Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that address customer needs and demonstrate the value of our service offerings.
* Deliver compelling and customized product demonstrations that showcase the power and flexibility of the ServiceNow platform.
* Respond to technical aspects of RFIs/RFPs, ensuring our proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with our service offerings.
Technical Leadership & Evangelism:
* Serve as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform, staying current with the latest features, releases, and best practices.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to our team of ServiceNow consultants and developers.
* Act as a technical evangelist for our ServiceNow practice, representing the company at industry events, webinars, and workshops.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with ServiceNow and other key technology partners.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Certification: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is mandatory.
* Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution architect role within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
* Proven track record of designing and architecting complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
* Demonstrable experience in developing and launching new service offerings or products.
* Skills:
* Deep understanding of the entire ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, and the Now Platform App Engine.
* Exceptional pre-sales and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions that drive business value.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with C-level executives.
