The Vacancy
McCarthy Stone are recruiting for a professional Relief Care Supervisor to join the team at our prestigious Lambrook Court development based in Bath, Somerset. Built in 2017, Lambrook Court provides a high-quality living environment with on-site facilities for residents.
Hourly rate: £15.00 per hour for day shifts and £12.24 per hour for sleeping night shifts. Plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
Hours: To cover shifts on an "as and when" basis when required, to be discussed with the Development Manager. Day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or 16:15 to 09:30. Night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00.
Relief Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00 and 07:00, providing emergency support to homeowners during that period.

About The Role

About You
* You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
* You will want to work in Health and Social Care and preferably hold a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification; consideration will be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
* Willing to manage the security of the development, oversee safety and wellbeing of homeowners, and supervise Care and Support teams.
* Able to coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
* Driven to grow skills, lead by example, and think on your feet.
* Committed to making a positive difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
