Salary: up to £30000 Full time (8am – 5:30pm) Office Based Overview Reporting to: Executive Director As a team of 3, you will be working closely together, supporting the Operations Director with the day to day running of the company which is divided across 3 sites. Responsibilities will include: * Administration * Office management * Sales coordination * Logistics * Scheduling * Credit control * Populate KPI information * Reconciling supplier invoices * Problem resolution * Assisting the account dept (experience within an accounts dept and/or knowledge of sage – desirable) About you * Experienced administrator * Excellent command of the English language both written and verbally * Numerical * IT confident (Excel – essential) * Highly organised * Problem solver * Able to work collaboratively as a team as well as from your own initiative * ‘Can do’ attitude * Knowledge of sage – desirable, not essential
