About the Role You’ll be joining as a Senior Commercial Account Handler, playing a key part in delivering full-cycle service across a broad commercial portfolio. This is a hands-on role with real variety, you’ll be central to the broking and servicing process, supporting three Account Executives across a mix of clients and policies. Key Responsibilities: Full 360° account handling – from initial enquiry through to renewal. Prepare renewal reports, carry out broking and manage all servicing tasks. Work across a diverse commercial portfolio: PI, Property Owners, Commercial Combined, Motor Fleet, Excess of Loss and more. Handle a broad GWP range: £1,000 to £250,000. Use Acturis daily as the central system for all account management. Hybrid working available – Mondays and Fridays from home. What We’re Looking For: Ideally 5 years’ experience in commercial broking/account handling. Solid working knowledge of Acturis. Broad product understanding, with a focus on PI and Commercial Combined. Experience in Motor Trade/Fleet would be an advantage. A team player who thrives in a supportive, high-standard environment.
